Talking Science

As part of the TU/e Research Day, TU/e is organizing the second edition of ‘Talking Science’ – the pitching competition for TU/e PhD and EngD researchers on Tuesday 11 June 2024.

The aim of the competition is to offer a platform to PhD and EngD researchers to inspire and stimulate a large audience about their research, and to present this research in an understandable and engaging manner in the process. 10 participants will take part in the ‘pitching battle’, with the 1st prize winner going on to present their pitch at the Research Day ceremony on 13 June 2024.

Jury winners: 1st prize € 750,=, 2nd prize € 500,=.
Public winner (picked by the audience in attendance): € 500,=

The participants only speak about their own research. The pitch lasts no longer than three minutes. The pitch is in English.
The 10 participants will be announced soon.
